! Our house had been on the market for 6 months and not sold. Our current realtor said she was out ideas. Since the listing needed to be renewed I was getting callas from realtors. I ignored most of them- for some reason I agreed we would meet with Michael. My hubby DOES NOT make quick decisions. I warned Michael no commitments would be made at the meeting and that my hated high pressure sales. We met with Michael- he was blunt about the positives and negatives, he had a plan, he had ideas, he had resources. By some miracle my hubby liked him so much he signed right there and then! Our house sold within about a week!!! I CAN NOT recommend him enough- we were in a bad place having already bought our new house and he saved our behinds!!!

Michael kept communicating on how the process was going. House went on the market Thursday and the following week we were in Arizona to visit family. Friday we were told that a buyer has put in above asking price. Normal back and forth buyer and seller we were under contract and sold 3 weeks later. Great job could not be more happy with the work.
